1. Confirmation of Booking

A booking is only confirmed once you have paid for it, after this you should have received a confirmation of the booking email. If you have paid but have not received the email, please contact us.

2. Cancellation Policy

All bookings will have a 24-hour grace period in which cancellations can take place without penalty.

We understand that occasionally bookings need to be canceled. We are happy to try and reschedule your booking (for visits this will only be if we have availability for your address). If you want to completely cancel your booking, refunds will NOT be offered (if it is outside of the 214-hour grace period) unless we are able to rebook your slot.

​

Sometimes visits cannot go ahead because of unforeseen circumstances, if this happens we will try and find an alternate date for you. Refunds on this occasion will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

In the rare instance where we will need to cancel the booking, you will be refunded in full.

3. Character / Entertainer

When your booking is confirmed, Elf & Elf is agreeing to provide at least one entertainer (we aim for two, but sometimes this is not always possible.) for your experience, whether this be a Doorstop Delivery or Breakfast with Santa.

4. Child Numbers

At the time of booking, you will choose how many children you would like to book for.

For visits, If when we arrive there are more than the amount that was booked, we will only be able to supply enough candy cones for the number of children booked. We will however be happy to entertain the extra children during the visit, but if we do not have any information on them, we may not be able to read their names off the nice list and allow them to have the full experience.

For Breakfasts, additional Children will need to have a ticket purchased for them. Please note we may have SOLD OUT and therefore may not have any tickets left to sell.

5. Joint Visits

If you would like your visit to be a joint visit this is perfectly fine, we do ask however that all families are at the same address and that we are made aware of this in advance.

6. Dietary Requirements

Elf&Elf is not liable for any injury or harm caused due to allergies. An ingredients list is available here and when booking you agree that you have read it.

7. Health and Safety

Safety is very important to us, we will do all that we can to ensure that no injury occurs to any persons at our events. However, in the unlikely event that an accident occurs, Elf & Elf cannot be held responsible. Please note that small items are not suitable for very young children, adults should inflate balloons and supervise their use at all times.

We do not accept liability for any damages that may occur on-site. The venue is the responsibility of the client. The host/parent is responsible at all times for the general supervision of children during our visit. Our entertainers are booked to entertain the children, if children become unruly or badly behaved it is the responsibility of the parents or hosts, not the entertainer, to control them.

 

Our responsibility is strictly limited to the supervision of party activities provided by us. All photographs taken by Elf & Elf remain the property of Elf & Elf. We reserve the right to use photographs for promotional purposes. If your photograph is chosen for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional purposes we promise to notify you ahead of time. By Post any images you take on Social Media and tagging us you are allowing us to use these images for promotional material too.

All Elf & Elf entertainers are Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checked and registered and have public liability insurance.

8. Amendments to bookings

Elf & Elf cannot accommodate any changes to bookings.

9. Tickets.

Everyone attending a Breakfast with Santa event MUST have a valid ticket. All children MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. If you do not have a ticket, you will not be allowed to enter the event.

​

10. AULTS Only.

Everyone attending a Naughty Nick session must be at least 18 years old. You may be asked to provide identification when entering the premises. If you cannot prove your age, you may be refused entry without a refund.
