1. Confirmation of Booking
Your booking is only confirmed when you have paid for it and you have received confirmation of the booking email. If you have paid but have not received the email, please contact us.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally bookings need to be canceled. We are happy to try and reschedule the visit if we have availability for your address. If you want to completely cancel your booking, refunds will NOT be offered if the cancelation takes place after the 14th of November 2022. If you cancel before this date, your refund will only be offered if we are able to rebook your slot.
Sometimes visits cannot go ahead because of unforeseen circumstances, if this happens we will try and find an alternate date for you. Refunds on this occasion will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. If there was an issue with your booking from our end, you will be refunded in full.
3. Character / Entertainer
When you pay for your visit and receive your confirmation email this confirms Elf & Elf will provide at least one entertainer (we aim for two, but sometimes this is not always possible.) for your doorstep delivery. Very occasionally through circumstances out of our control your chosen entertainer and character may become unavailable. We have a large strong team of elves, so we will always find cover for your party. Our priority would be finding another Elf who can play the role you have booked but this is not always possible.
4. Child Numbers
At the time of booking, you will choose how many children you would us to visit. If when we arrive there are more we will only be able to supply enough candy cones for the number of children booked. We will however be happy to entertain the extra children during the visit, but if we do not have any information on them, we may not be able to read their names off the nice list and allow them to have the full experience.
5. Joint Visits
If you would like your visit to be a joint visit this is perfectly fine, we do ask however that all families are at the same address and that we are made aware of this in advance.
6. Dietary Requirements
Elf&Elf is not liable for any injury or harm caused due to allergies. An ingredients list is available here and when booking you agree that you have read it.
7. Health and Safety
Safety is very important to us, we will do all that we can to ensure that no injury occurs to any persons at our events. However, in the unlikely event that an accident occurs, Elf & Elf cannot be held responsible. Please note that small items are not suitable for very young children, adults should inflate balloons and supervise their use at all times.
We do not accept liability for any damages that may occur on-site. The venue is the responsibility of the client. The host/parent is responsible at all times for the general supervision of children during our visit. Our entertainers are booked to entertain the children, if children become unruly or badly behaved it is the responsibility of the parents or hosts, not the entertainer, to control them.
Our responsibility is strictly limited to the supervision of party activities provided by us. All photographs taken by Elf & Elf remain the property of Elf & Elf. We reserve the right to use photographs for promotional purposes. If your photograph is chosen for any purpose, including but not limited to promotional purposes we promise to notify you ahead of time. By Post any images you take on Social Media and tagging us you are allowing us to use these images for promotional material too.
All Elf & Elf entertainers are Criminal Record Bureau (CRB) checked and registered and have public liability insurance.
8. Amendments to bookings
Elf & Elf bookings close on the 14th of November 2022, and you understand that you are not able to amend or change your booking after this date.
